LICENSING. With this website, I offer this invention for licensing. 
The licence can be bought for the entire invention or for some of its parts. The licence for the invention parts must be agreed separately. 
The licence is available even for small companies because the licence price depends on a planned main space-rocket fuselage diameter. 
The licence in beginning is reduced to 25% for companies which do not perform commercial launches yet. The remaining 75% will be payable in three parts, after the first, the second and the third commercial launches.

The licence for this Utter system consist of two parts. 
 

1. The first part is an initial price, which depends on your planned main space-rocket fuselage diameter. This initial price gives you the right to design and build all hardware. The initial price is payable only once, unless you would wish to build the space-rockets in larger diameters. Interested companies can get in touch with me for quotations.

2. The second part is a commercial usage payment. It will last as long as my patent owner rights (about 20 years). This second part payment begins with your company commercial launches, it means the day you will have incomes by using this Utter system.

The second part payment will be for each landing. There can be two or three landing of the same space rocket every day.

The second part payment is in x % of the total landing hardware value. Hence, upon landing with the second stage rocket or with some satellite, it would be more than for landing only of the first stage space rocket. I know that some military satellites are very expensive. It might be much cheaper to land them back on the Earth and restore, than to build new ones.
These payments would be payable only after the successful landings. In circumstances of some crash landing, there would not be any payment to me. 

For this Utter system, I designed lots of improvements, upgrades and refinements which would make it even more developed and perfect. They will be available together with purchase of the licence. 

Before buying the licence, it is possible to buy some additional information from me.
For the price, €300. - I offer each drawing in dwg. files for your consideration, and I will give you all explanations you wish. There are about 200 main drawings of all 275 drawings. You will not be allowed to build any hardware.
For the price, €50,000. - I offer all drawings in dwg. files and it will allow you to begin initially work with designing everything according to your desired dimensions. But for this price you are not allowed to build any hardware. In order to build some hardware, you must buy the licence from me. Furthermore, this price includes drawings of further possible improvements. For more information, write to me.

If you want to buy something, then just send the money to my bank account. 

All prices are intended only for one company, and you are not allowed to deliver the bought information to some other companies, organizations or media.
